We provide many of our very popular classes as private classes. A fantastic and personal way to prepare for birth and your new life as parents.

All courses are held by skilled and experienced midwives and are based on our in-depth knowledge and the latest research. We tailor the courses after your needs. Usually 2-3 hours are required. The price is 2000kr/hour. If you live in Stockholm City we can also come to your home if that is a better choice for you.

The Lamaze Class is partly entiltled for “Friskvårdsbidrag”.
