Babygruppen’s Online Prenatal Yoga is a fun way to practice yoga from the safety of your own home. This class will prepare you both mentally and physically for the upcoming birth of your baby. Yoga during pregnancy increases the well-being for both you and your baby. Yoga is a fantastic form of exercise throughout your whole pregnancy. Our yoga is focused on birth preparation and will help you connect breath, body and mind.
In this class you can be beginner or a more experienced yogi.
If you have any health complications, please contact us before booking for a consultation. Otherwise, welcome to the class! The Online Prenatal Yoga course consists of 7 sessions each 90 minutes long and is led by experienced yoga teacher Karina Ardelius. There is always room for your questions.
We send via Zoom and you do not need any extra equipment other than two pillows and a blanket to participate from home. If you have a yoga mat you can use that or just sit on a regular carpet. It is usually nice to have a pair of warm socks to put on during the relaxation.
The Zoom link will be sent out 24 hours before lass and then again 1 hour before the first class starts.
