In this Bootcamp we will workout together 3 times a week in a fun and safe way to get back into shape and to meet other new mothers!

All workouts are specifically designed by a specialized personal trainer to ensure safety at all times. Each workout will be a combination of fitness, mobility and core strength.

The beauty about this bootcamp is that everyone is welcome, regardless of past and present training ability and the sessions are designed to ensure everyone is correctly challenged.

Exercise is amazing for our physical and mental health! And after having a baby getting back into previous exercise routines can be a challenge! By attending this 4 week bootcamp you will have the opportunity to exercise with your baby, meet other mum’s, inspire and motivate one another, all in a safe and structured way with a Post Natal Specialist Personal Trainer.

Please come to the studio ready in your workout clothes, something comfortable but supportive. Don’t forget your trainers and a bottle of water too. Arrive around 5 minutes prior to the start time to set yourself and baby up ready for class. Strollers can be placed in the backyard, bring your own lock.

The 4 week Bootcamp in September runs Sept 2nd – Sept 28th

After signing up for this program you will be sent:

·      Your workout schedule for the entire program

·      A positive mindset booklet to electronically fill in

·      A nutrition structure to help fuel you for exercises and postpartum life!

By attending this 4 week bootcamp (if you join in on the January Bootcamp it is 3 weeks!)

·      3 x 60 minute workout sessions per week

·      Each session will be a workout focusing on whole body exercises through fitness and mobility with some deep core and pelvic floor exercises built in

I’m passionate about empowering women to find balance in all areas of their life, from fitness and nutrition, to health, joy and overall motherhood survival.

Due to the current Corona situation, we want to inform about how we at Babygruppen act. We take the necessary measures based on the Swedish Public Health Agency’s, ”Folkhälsomyndigheten” directives and stay constantly updated with information from the Swedish authorities.

Our physical courses are held in small groups so that there is plenty of space to spread out in our course rooms, which are thoroughly cleaned after each course. There are also bottles with hand disinfectant which you can use as a complement to the regular hand wash.

We encourage you as a participant to only come to the course only if you feel fully healthy and to follow current guidelines from Folkhälsomyndigheten. The same rules obviously apply to Babygruppen’s course leaders.

At our pregnancy training and mother and baby training, it is possible to keep distance between the mats. Pillows and blankets are washed regularly. The yoga mats are cleaned with disinfectant both before and after use. Feel free to bring your own yoga mat and a towel that you can put over the pillow.
